Meet Ms Lindsay
Welcome to ROAR! My name is Jane Lindsay, and I am so excited to work with you and your child this school year! I have been teaching for 25 years. This is my 14th year in Richland 2. I have been both a Kindergarten teacher and a first-grade teacher here at Bridge Creek. I have taught the ROAR class for 7 years.
I am a southern girl at heart; born and raised in Alabama, where I received my BA in Early Childhood education from Jacksonville State University. I taught Child Development and second grade in Georgia before moving to South Carolina. I received my Masters in Literacy from Cambridge College and am currently working on my master's plus 30 as well as my Read to Succeed Endorsement.
In my spare time I love to travel, shop, and spend time with my family. I love Alabama and South Carolina football. I have a brother who lives in Indian Land, South Carolina with my 2 adorable nephews. Their names are James (13) and Forrest (10).
I am very excited about this school year! Let's make it GREAT!
